I had a bit of time before TAFA began to do some sightseeing in D.C. Despite the heat and humidity, it was wonderful to be back in the city.
Last week I got to spend a little time with Celeste, Kayleigh, and Tallulah before attending HSUS‘s Taking Action for Animals conference in D.C. We had a great time at the National Museum of Natural History and a wonderful dinner at Cafe Green.
Wine tasting at Fess Parker and Firestone wineries, a picnic in the shade, and a walk through the vineyards. It was a perfect Sunday.
